I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, situated inside a big shopping complex and surrounded by many delicious restaurants. It was great to be right in the heart of the shopping area and in a safe neighborhood. The staff at the reception desk were always welcoming and provided excellent service. They were always there to help us with any questions or requests we had. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and quality service at this hotel.

The front desk staff was not overly friendly or helpful. They seemed a bit indifferent and did not go out of their way to assist us.

The leisure facilities were also excellent, with a fitness studio, sauna, and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.
